Seventh Stories | Course Terms and Conditions

1. Provider
This Service is provided by Seventh Agency (“we”, “us”, or “Seventh Stories”). By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of these Terms, “Service or Services” refers to all offerings provided by Seventh Agency, including courses, programmes, labs, workshops, and any other educational or creative initiatives.

2. Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to all Services provided by Seventh Agency, including but not limited to courses, programmes, labs, workshops, memberships, and any other current or future educational or creative initiatives, whether delivered online or in person.

3. Payment and Registration

  • Payment of the Service fee is due in full at the time of enrolment to secure your place.

  • Registration is only confirmed once payment has been received.

  • International participants are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges applied by their bank or payment provider.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

All Services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the point of purchase. This includes circumstances where a User chooses not to access or engage with the Service after purchase.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be issued if Seventh Agency cancels the Service.

  • If you are unable to attend after payment, your place cannot be transferred or refunded.

5. Course Schedule and Rescheduling

  • The Service will run on the dates specified at the time of registration.

  • In the event that a session is cancelled by the tutor due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, Seventh Stories reserves the right to reschedule the session or extend the Service to ensure all content is delivered.

  • Participants will be notified of any schedule changes as soon as possible.

6. Access and Service Delivery

  • The format, structure, duration, and delivery method of Services may vary depending on the specific offering. Services may be delivered as standalone courses, cohort-based programmes, ongoing labs, or other formats as described at the point of purchase.

  • Upon successful purchase, access to the relevant Service will be provided as described at the point of sale. Access may be delivered via email, an online platform, or other digital means, and may commence immediately or on a specified start date depending on the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

Participants retain full ownership of any original work they create during or as part of the Services. Seventh Agency does not claim ownership over participant-created content.

  • All materials, presentations, and resources remain the property of Seventh Stories and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without permission.

  • Participants retain ownership of their own work submitted during the course.

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to update, refine, or evolve the content, structure, or delivery of Services at any time. Any such changes will not materially reduce the overall purpose or value of the Service.

  • Some Services may be limited in capacity or offered on a cohort basis. We reserve the right to close enrolment or restrict availability at any time.

9. Liability and Community Conduct

  • Seventh Stories will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred while participating in the course.

  • By registering, participants agree to follow rules and respect other participants, facilitators, agents and tutors.

  • Where Services include community interaction, live sessions, or group participation, users agree to engage respectfully and constructively. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate manner without refund.

10. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  • International participants’ data will be handled according to UK law and the terms of our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Agreement Checkbox for Payment

I confirm that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Service, provided by Seventh Stories. I understand that the Service fee is as stated on the registration page and may be subject to currency conversion fees for international participants. I acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable unless the Service is cancelled by Seventh Stories, and that sessions may be rescheduled or extended in the event of tutor illness or unforeseen circumstances. All Services provided by Seventh Agency are offered for educational, informational, and creative purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or achievements from participation in any Service.

Any outcomes are dependent on individual effort, engagement, and external factors beyond our control.
