Seventh Stories | Course Terms and Conditions

1. Provider
This course is provided by Seventh Agency (“we”, “us”, or “Seventh Stories”). By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Payment and Registration

  • Payment of the course fee is due in full at the time of enrolment to secure your place.

  • Registration is only confirmed once payment has been received.

  • International participants are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges applied by their bank or payment provider.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be issued if Seventh Agency cancels the course.

  • If you are unable to attend after payment, your place cannot be transferred or refunded.

4. Course Schedule and Rescheduling

  • The course will run on the dates specified at the time of registration.

  • In the event that a session is cancelled by the tutor due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, Seventh Stories reserves the right to reschedule the session or extend the course by one week to ensure all content is delivered.

  • Participants will be notified of any schedule changes as soon as possible.

5. Access and Equipment

  • Access to live sessions, course materials, and online platforms is limited to registered participants only.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment (computer/tablet, internet access, software, etc.) to attend the course.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, presentations, and resources remain the property of Seventh Stories and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without permission.

  • Participants retain ownership of their own work submitted during the course.

7. Liability

  • Seventh Stories will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred while participating in the course.

  • By registering, participants agree to follow course rules and respect other participants and tutors.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  • International participants’ data will be handled according to UK law and the terms of our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
